Narrator Eliza Foss adds plenty of heat to this contemporary romance. Supermodel Rana Ramsey attempts to escape her controlling mother and her fast-paced life on the runway by disguising herself with baggy clothes and tinted glasses and hiding away in a Galveston boardinghouse. When the proprietor's favorite nephew, football star Trent Gamblin, moves in to recuperate after surgery, Rana can't help but be drawn to the handsome and charismatic man. Foss convincingly portrays the strong Texan athlete with a sexy drawl and confident attitude. The sexual tension between the two characters is undeniable, and when they finally have an encounter, Foss's sultry rendering complements the steamy scenes.
